CALLING ALL SUPER HEROES!
The club will be running England Hockey’s ‘Hockey Heroes’ Programme from October 2019.
Hockey Heroes is a six week fun and energy packed programme aimed at 5-8 year olds to introduce them to the sport of hockey whilst developing new friendships, physical skills and personal character traits.
The club are interested to hear from anybody from junior players 12+ to senior players, coaches, parents and teachers, that would be interested in being involved in the programme. Various roles are available including coaching, administration, marketing and pastoral care to full blown pom pom wielding cheerleaders! All training, guidance and support provided from England Hockey and the Club.
There will be a free coaching course on June 12th 5-8pm at the Astro Park, Penzance for those interested in getting involved in a coaching capacity with the scheme. No prior experience of hockey is needed!
