Whether you’re an experienced player, just starting out, or returning to hockey after a break – we offer regular, structured training sessions for all ages and abilities.

Location: All training takes place at Penzance Astro Park, TR18 3QW. Vehicle access is via the Penzance Leisure Centre entrance and then by taking the first right turn before reaching the Leisure Centre car park.

Weekly Training Schedule 

Tuesdays

Junior Training

• U8 & U10 – 4:30pm to 5:30pm
• U12 – 5:30pm to 6;30pm
• U14 6:30pm to 7:30pm

Women’s Training 

• Ages 13+ – 7:30pm to 9pm

Wednesdays

Men’s Training 

• Ages 13+ – 7:30pm to 9pm
